Dr. Anup K Gogna has over thirty years of cumulative experience in the education and service industries as a professional manager handling administration, development & internationalization of organizations with specific emphasis on institutions from the education industry. Of this, he has over twenty-five years of senior management experience in the education industry with emphasis on global initiatives. He has worked with premier educational institutions from India, Asia and the western world including USA & Canada to create a global operating platform for education delivery and partnerships for creating new revenue streams.
As a strategist in international project planning and implementation he was the senior member of a core team to establish ten institutions of higher learning that included three medical colleges and three dental institutions for a leading university from India. For the same group he negotiated and finalized the acquisition of an education and training facility at Hagerstown, Maryland, USA for the organization to establish a University with an acquisition cost of 13.00 million US dollars with an additional development budget of $5.50 million. This was possibly the biggest acquisition by any education group from India. As an Advisor he spearheaded the proposal for establishing three universities in India and overseas from the conceptual to execution levels. He has extensive experience in identification, negotiations and finalizations of associations and conversant with acquisitions and mergers. His broad based background includes experience in formulating strategy, policy and planning for management and administration of the organizations and businesses. As an accomplished organizational head he has led and developed divisions and organizations. Additionally, he has extensive experience working in a multicultural, multinational and diverse environment around the globe.
