GRADE-XI / 11^TH

The student needs the following documents:

• Mark Sheet of Class 10^th of boards (including open boards) from valid Board of Education in India till the date of application
• School Leaving Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Age Proof (Ration Card / Birth Certificate or Any Other Govt Issued Document)
• Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Passport/Ration Card. (In case of Minor address proof of Father/Mother/Guardian)
• Three passports size photographs duly signed on reverse by the student in addition to the three affixed on the application form
• If a student passed his/her Class 10 from Foreign or Foreign Boards in that case he/she is required to submit Equivalency Certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. If marks are given in grades, proof of their equivalent percentage of marks.
• NRI or Foreign Students required to submit valid Passport with VISA in addition to documents mentioned above

Note:

• All documents should be self attested and counter attested by the Local Gazetted Officer/Notarized.
• Failing fulfilment of above criterion application for admission will be rejected.

GRADE-XII / HIGHER SECONDARY / 12^TH

The student needs the following documents:

• Mark Sheet of Class 10^th of boards (including open boards) from valid Board of Education in India till the date of application.
• Mark Sheet of Class 11^th issued by School
• School Leaving Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Age Proof (Ration Card / Birth Certificate or Any Other Govt Issued Document)
• Address Proof (Aadhar Card, Passport/Ration Card. (In case of Minor address proof of Father/Mother/Guardian)
• Three passports size photographs duly signed on reverse by the student in addition to the three affixed on the application form

Credit Transfer Cases

In case of failed cases of Class 12^th of other Education Boardsrecognized by COBSE want to appear for class 12^th of NWAC, USA can be allowed credit transfer for maximum two subjects provided he/she had secured minimum 60 marks in the concerned subjects.

Improvement Cases

Those students want to go for Improvement need to submit all the documents mentioned above.

AGE CRITERIA

GRADE-XI / 11^TH

The student needs the following documents:

• Should not be below 15 years and above 23 years as on 1^st July of the year of application (Age supported by Birth Certificate/Age Proof).
• Upper Age relaxation to SC/ST will be up to 27 years for Science and Commerce Stream and there will be no relaxation for other categories.
• Upper Age relaxation to SC/ST will be up to 29 years for Arts Stream and there will be no relaxation for other categories.
• Overage relaxation will be considered once request for the same is received in this office on Affidavit of the value of Rs 100/- (As per Format Attached) at the discretion of Regional Office.

GRADE-XII / HIGHER SECONDARY / 12^TH

The student needs the following documents:

• Should not be below 16 years and above 24 years as on 1^st July of the year of application (Age supported by Birth Certificate/Age Proof).
• Upper Age relaxation to SC/ST will be up to 28 years for Science and Commerce Stream and there will be no relaxation for other categories.
• Upper Age relaxation to SC/ST will be up to 30 years for Arts Stream and there will be no relaxation for other categories.
• Overage relaxation will be considered once request for the same is received in this office on Affidavit of the value of Rs 100/- (As per Format Attached) at the discretion of Regional Office).

Note:

Satisfying the age criteria does not guarantee admission to the NWAC American High School Diploma Program. All the documents of the student will be evaluated before the confirmation of admission. NWAC and its Regional Office reserve the final right to grant / deny admission to any student who applies for admission to NWAC American High School Diploma Program. In case of any deviations from the above prescribed age criteria, NWAC and its Regional Office reserve the right to evaluate the candidature on a case-to-case basis. The final decision on the candidature of the student will be taken by NWAC, USA, Regional Office, RG Trade Towers, Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi, and shall be binding. No further communication in this regard shall be entertained.
