Subject-wise Pass Criteria
When is a Student PASSED in a Subject?
A learner is considered PASS in a specific subject of NWAC AHSDP if they secure a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in that subject. This aggregate includes all components of assessment - internal, external, theory and practical wherever applicable.
If a student's combined score in any subject (after including all relevant components) is below 60%, the learner is treated as FAIL in that subject, even if some components individually are above the minimum.
Important:
The 60% condition is applied per subject. A strong performance in one subject cannot compensate for a shortfall in another.
